The Osage Legend Crips also known Osage Legend Neighborhood Crips or 92 Neighborhood Crips, due to their affiliation with the Neighborhood Crips (Deuce 2x). The Osage Legend Crips are primarily an African-American street gang, located in Inglewood, California. They originated around Osage Street and Arbor Vitae Street, between Prairie Ave and La Brea Avenue.
The Osage Legend Crips are one of the few Crip gangs in Inglewood, which is mostly dominated by Bloods. Their main clique is the Tiny Loc Ridas (92nd Street). They are known to sport yellow/gold along with the traditional blue associated with the Crips. The Legend’s are known to congregate at the Hollywood Park Casino, located on Centuary Blvd in the city of Inglewood.

On October 13, 2010, 18-year-old Joseph McMillan II, better known on the streets as Baby Tweety Bird or Baby Tweet, an active member of the Osage Legend Crips who was gunned down on a MTA bus after stopping at a red light. The shooting took place near the intersection of West Manchester and Crenshaw Blvd in Inglewood, when an unknown assailant approached and fired multiple shots fatally wounding Baby Tweety Bird.
The murder of Joseph McMillan II, was a devastation blow to the Neighborhood Legend Crips who held the Inglewood family Bloods responsible for the shooting death of Baby Tweet. Which intensified the feud between the Legend Crips and the Inglewood Family Bloods and have resulted in a string of drive-by shootings.
In 2006, Lasha Crooks (female) was a known Crip’lette of the Legend Neighborhood Crips, was gunned down in front of the Hollywood Casino/Motel, in a drive-by shooting led by the Raymond Ave Crips. Lasha Crooks, was with her boyfriend at the time is of the shooting, who was also affiliated with the Legend Crips was seriously wounded, but managed to survive the shooting.
Police arrested, 17-year-old David Wayne Spivey, a member of the Raymond Avenue Crips in the shooting death of Lasha Crooks and sentenced to fifty-eight years to life in a state prison. David Wayne Spivey later told police that he acted on the orders of higher ranking members in the Raymond Ave Crips. The Osage Legend Crips feud with the Raymond Ave Crips, has caused alot of blood shed on both sides.

The Osage Legend Crips are allies of the Imperial Village Crips and the 111 Neighborhood Crips. as well as the WaterGate Crips. Their closest blood rival are the Queen Street Bloods, who are North of Arbor Vitae Street. Other rivals include the Inglewood Family Bloods, Neighborhood Piru, Avenue Piru Gang, Crenshaw Mafia Gang, Queen Street Bloods, Center Park Bloods.
The Legend Crips are known to feud with other crips such as the Tongan Crip Gang, mainly due to the Tongan’s strong alliance with the Raymond Ave Crips. They also feud with the Mad Ass Gangster Crips. and the Hawthorne Thug Family Gangster Crips.
