The Rollin 20s Neighborhood Bloods (R20NHB), are primarily, but not exclusively, an African-American street gang located in the West Adams district on the West Side of South Los Angeles, California. They originated in the 1970s and are one of the largest blood gang in South Los Angeles. The Rollin 20s Neighborhood Bloods, stretches from Vermont Ave to Arlington Ave, between Jefferson Blvd to Pico Blvd.
Their main cliques are the Avenue’s, 25th Street (Deuce-5), 27th Street (Deuce-7), and 29th Street (Deuce-9), formerly known as the Vermont Villain Boys. The Rollin 20s Neighborhood Bloods, are predominantly African-American, but there’s a large number of Belizean and a few Mexican-Americans, especially during the 1980s/1990s.
Terrell C. Wright also known on the streets as Loko, a well-known member of the Rollin 20s Neighborhood Bloods (29th Street), and author of “Home Of The Body Bags” and “Revelations Of An Ordinary Childhood,” shed light on the bitter rivalry between the Rollin 20s Neighborhood Bloods and the Rollin 30s Harlem Crips.
Allies & Rivals
The Rollin 20s, have a close alliance with the Black P Stones and the Fruit Town Brims as well as the Outlaw 20s Bloods. Their main rivals are the Rollin 30s Harlem Crips and the 18 Street Gang. Other rivals include the Rollin 40s Crips, West Blvd Crips and the Geer Gang Crips.
