Harvard Park Brims

The Harvard Park Brims are an active African-American/Black street gang located on the West Side of South Los Angeles, formerly known as South Central Los Angeles, California. They originated as an independent gang, known as the LA Brims, in the 1970’s. They have been around long before the formation of Stanley Tookie Williams, West Side Crips and Raymond Washington, East Side Crips.

The LA Brims (Los Angeles Brims) were one of the few independent gang to operate with no affiliation with to Bloods or Crips, along with the Denver Lanes and the Chain Gang (Avenue Piru Gang). Their neighborhood stretches from Slauson Ave to Gauge Ave, between Western Ave and Vermont Ave.

Their cliques consist of  the 59 Harvard Park Brims (59th Street) 61 Harvard Park Brims (61st Street) 62 Harvard Park Brims (62nd Street) and the 64 Harvard Park Brims (64th Street).

Allies & Rivals

The Havard Park Brims have an alliance with the Van Ness Gangsters (Van Ness Gangster Brims) and the Fruit Town Brims. They also formed an alliance with the 59 Hoover Criminals Gang, due to their common hatred for the Neighborhood Crips (especelly the the Rollin 50s Neighborhood Crips). They also fued with the East Coast Coast Crips.

They are also fued with the School Yard Crips and the Rollin 60s Neighborhood Crips as well as the 18th Street Gang, a Hispanic gang that fued with a number of African-American/Black street gangs in South Los Angeles, California.
