The Rollin 20s Outlaw Bloods, also known as the Eastside Rollin 20s Outlaw Bloods or Outlaw 20s Blood Gang are an African-American street gang located on the East Side of South Los Angeles, California. The Outlaw 20s are believed to be a subset of the Rollin 20s Neighborhood Bloods, located on the West Side of South Los Angeles.
Although, the Rollin 20s Outlaw Bloods and Rollin 20s Neighborhood Bloods are two different gangs, they are often confused with each other due to their name similarity. Their neighborhood stretches from a 20th Street to Jefferson Blvd, between Main Street and Central Ave, which they share with the Eastside Trece, a violent Hispanic gang.
Allies And Rivals
The Outlaws 20s are allies of the BloodStone Pirus, Rollin 20s Neighborhood Bloods, and the BloodStone Villians. Rivals include: 43 Gangster Crips, Avalon Gangster Crips, Broadway Gangster Crips, and the East Side Trece.

The original gangs were the 20s and the Outlaws back in the day they were rivais along with the businessmen the Gladiators. In the late 60s the 20s and the Outlaws joined together to form the 20 Laws going from Washington Blvd to the north and now Martin Luther king Jr blvd aka Santa Barbara blvd.
