The 92 Hoover Criminals Gang (92HGC) or Nine-Deuce Hoover Criminals Gang also known as the Do-Lows and formerly known as the 92 Hoover Crips Gang, is an active African-American street gang located on the West Side of South Los Angeles, California. The 9-Deuce Hoovers are a sub-set of the larger infamous Hoover Criminals Gang in Los Angeles.
The 92 Hoover Criminals Gang originated in the 1970s, around 92nd Street and Hoover Street, between Vermont Avenue and Figueroa Avenue. The 92 Hoover Criminals Gang, are small compared to the larger Hoover Criminals Gang. Despite their size, prior to turning criminals, they were one of the most active gangs in South Central, Los Angeles.

The 9-Deuce Hoover Criminals Gang are allies of all gangs under the Hoover Criminals Gang. The 92 Hoover Criminals Gang main allies are the 94 Hoover Criminals Gang, this alliance is known as the “Do Lows Down.” They also share common enemies such as the Rollin 90s West Coast Crips and the 87/97 Gangster Crips as well as the 98 Main Street Mafia Crips and all Neighborhood Crips.
