The Park Village Compton Crips (PVCC) also known as the Yah Gang are an African-American/Samoan gang located on the west side of Compton, California. Their neighborhood spread from Compton Blvd to Alondra Blvd. The heart of their neighborhood is centered around two housing apartments, the “Wilmington Arms.” Which, sits directly on Laurel Street, between Wilmington Ave and Center Street. Coral Street is the heart of the Wilmington Arms. They are named after the “Park Village” Hosing Project’s, which they also dominate. Park Village members often refer to the city of Compton, as Yampton. 

They also regulate the Hub City (Shopping Center) Plaza, located on Wilmington Ave and at the corner of Compton Blvd. Their cliques consist of the 700 Blocc (Laurel Street), Wacc Side, Samoan Side, and several other cliques. The Samoan Side, is a clique that represents the Polynesian/Samoans, who claim the Park Villages gang. which, also lead to their feud with the Sons Of Samoa (which is a Samoan crip gang in the city of Long Beach).

The New Wilmington Arms Massacre

David James Livingston, also known as “Goldie” from the Park Village gang. Was convicted of the murders of Remigio Malinao, 49, and Roderico Paz, 62, and of three counts of attempted murder and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon. Two of the attempted murder counts involved other security guards wounded in the January 1999 assault and one stemmed from a separate incident the prior year, in which a rival gang member was shot.

Allies include: Front Hood Compton Crips, Neighborhood Compton Crips, Rivals include: 151 Piru, 145 Piru West Side Piru, Poccet Hood Compton Crips, Cedar Block Piru, Santana Blocc Compton Crips, Tree Top Piru, Anzac Grape Compton Crips, and the Fruit Town Piru. Samoan Side rivals: Sons Of Samoa, West Side Carson Piru, Samoan Warrior Bounty Hunters, and all Somoan Blood/Piru gangs.
