The Victoria Park Crips (VPC) also known as Victoria Park Carson Crips (VPCC) are predominantly, but not exclusively, an African-American street gang located on the Eastside in Carson, California. They originated in the 1980s, named after the Victoria Community Regional Park, located on 192nd street in the South Bay community.
The Victoria Park Crips boundaries are North of the Victoria Community Regional Park to Victoria Street between Main Street and Avalon Blvd. They share their neighborhood with the Victoria Park Locos, a Latino street gang. The primary cliques of the Victoria Park Crips are 189th Street and 184th Street.
Allies And Rivals
The Victoria Park Crips once shared an alliance with the Victoria Park Locos, especially during the 1980s. In 2001, a member of the Victoria Park Crips shot and killed a member the Victoria Park Locos at the Victoria Community Regional Park after a dispute over territory, according to police.
