The Compton Varrio Chicano Gang (CVCG), also known as South Side Compton Varrio Chicano Gang (SSCVG) or Chicano Gang (CG) are a Mexican-American street gang based on the East Side in Compton, California. Their territory stretches from Alondra Blvd to Greenleaf Blvd near Thorson Ave.
The Compton Varrio Chicano Gang share their neighborhood with the Kelly Park Compton Crips, an African-American criminal street gang and overlaps with the Compton Varrio 70s. The Compton Police Department, which disbanded in 2000, have been tracking their gang activity since the 1980s.

The Compton Varrio Chicano Gang have very few allies outside of the Mexican-Mafia and are rivals of the Compton Varrio 70s, Compton Varrio Tiny Gangsters, and the Compton Varrio Segundo.
