Gary Geter (born Dec 28, 1988), better known by his stage name TM (Take Money) AKA Tiny M, is an American-rapper from the “Baldwin Village” neighborhood, also known as the “Jungles” on the East Side in the Crenshaw District of South Los Angeles, California. In 2013, TM, debuted with “Take Money” (EP), which featured a music video for “2 Good To Be True” (single).
Take Money, branded his neck with “BPS” which is the initials for Black P Stones (Bloods), one of the most active and largest gang in the Los Angeles County, founded by OG T. Rogers. The “2 Good To Be True” (music video), was mostly filmed around the Baldwin Village apartments complex, which is home to the Black P Stones, subset known as the Jungles.
Waka Flacka Flame, “Hard In The Paint” (music video) and “Training Day” (movie) co-starring Denzel Washington, were also filmed in this area. TM, made a guess appearance in “IMa Real One” (music video), by YG 400 of Tree Top Piru, due to his friendship with the Compton rapper.
Fatal Car Crash And Death
On Jan, 12, 2014, Gary Geter (TM), and three other people Daniel Boyd (driver), Brittney Nickerson (passenger) and were traveling in a Cadillac Escalade, in the 2800 block of West Coliseum in the Crenshaw Distract, on their way to an after-hours party. The driver lost control of the SUV, and slid off the road and crashed into a tree, causing the truck to burst in flames.
Gary Geter, Brittney Nickerson and Daniel Boyd, also known as Nightmare of Black P Stones, died instantly from the impact of the crash. Neighbors helped get the man out of the burning vehicle, but they say it was too late for the others. The sole survivor remains hospitalized in serious condition, possibly with an amputation to one of his legs, according to ABC News.
The incident happened around 3 A.M., in the morning police speculate that high-speed and fog, played a major part in the fatal accidents. A tribute page was created on Facebook, dedicated to the memory of Brittney, Daniel, and Gary “TM” Geter. The 26-years-old Gary Geter, was expecting a child, at the time of his death.
