Palmer Blocc Compton Crips
The Palmer Blocc Compton Crips (PBCC) are primarily an African-American street gang, located on the West Side of Compton, California. Their neighborhood stretches from Compton Blvd and Popular Street, between Wilmington Ave and Central Ave. They share parts of their hood with the 145 Piru and the Cedar Blocc Pirus. Their cliques consist of the ABS, 300 Blocc, 900 Blocc, 1300 Blocc, and several smaller cliques. They are named after a residential street (Palmer Street), which is centered in the heart of their territory.

Their allies include: Santana Blocc Compton Crips, Poccet Hood Compton Crips, Anzac Grape Compton Crips, Tragniew Park Compton Crips, and a few other Compton Crip’s. Rivals include: Tree Top Piru gang, 151 Original Block Piru, 145 Piru, Fruit Town Piru, and all East Side Pirus. Rival Crip gangs: Farm Dog Compton Crips, Nutty Blocc Compton Crips, South Side Compton Crips, and Park Village Compton Crips. Rival Mexican gangs: Compton Varrio Tortilla Flats, Compton Varrio 155, Compton Varrio 70, and all Sureño gangs affiliated with the Mexican Mafia.
