The Skyline Pirus (SLP) also known as the East Side Pirus (Rollin 80s) are primarily an African-American blood criminal gang located throughout Southeast San Diego, California. They have an alliance with the O’Farrel Park Banksters and the Parkside Pirus. The Skyline Piru and the Lincoln Park Bloods, are bitter rivals who share a history of violence and bloodshed. This rivalry is responsible for a large portion of gang related shootings, throughout the Southeast San Diego. Other rivals include: Rollin 40s Neighborhood Crips, 59 Brims, West Coast Crips, Emerald Hills Bloods, Samoa Crips, and Linda Vista 13.

In 2009, San Diego city authorities led a five or six months investigation called “Operation Red Sky,” which resulted in “93 arrest as well as 19 guns, 240 marijuana plants, 10 pounds of harvested cannabis, about 20 pounds of powder and crack cocaine, two pounds of methamphetamine, 18 vials of PCP, some 3,000 ecstasy tablets and roughly $60,000 in cash.” Big June (rapper) is affiliated with the Skyline Piru gang.
